Shipping, Payment, and Pawn Info

Payment - Merchandise

We accept a variety of payments ranging from cash to all major credit cards. At our discretion, cryptocurrencies may be allowed as a form of payment.

Payment - Pawn Redemption and Interest

Interest on pawned on items can be maid through credit card, cash, or certified check / money order. Please note: there is a 3.5% fee attached on to all credit card payments with respect to pawn interest.

Returns

Unless otherwise noted, all sales are final.

Shipping

Shipping costs may be calculated at checkout or invoiced later. We do not provide shipping insurance. Buyers wanting shipping insurance can expect to pay 1 to 5% of the total overall value of the merchandise.

We do ship internationally on certain items. However, this is on a case-by-case basis.

Order Processing and Handling Times

Please allow 3-5 business days for us to ship an order out. Questions like "where is my package" before the 3-5 business day time frame will be ignored.

Damaged / Lost Packages

We can not be held responsible for packages that are damaged or lost in transit. We will, as the shipper, begin the claims for process if need be. For those customers that purchased additional insurance, we have to wait on the shipping agent (i.e. UPS, USPS, etc.) to adjudicate the outcome before reimbursements can be made. We suggest for items over $100 to purchase shipping insurance.

Pawning Overview

As a pawn shop, we provide loans against collateral (a pledged item). We are governed by local, state, and federal laws in this process. To pledge something with us, the following requirements must be met:

-18+
-Valid, unexpired photo ID
-Be free from any appearance of any intoxication / under the influence
-Willingness to sign paperwork with the understanding much of the information will be transmitted to Nashua, NH Police Department

After a price is agreed upon, you will receive your cash loan and we will retain the pawned item. At the end of a 30 day period, you either have the option to (a) extend the loan another 30 days or more by paying off the interest, (b) redeeming the pledged item by paying back the loan and the interest, or (c) leaving your item with us in which case we will then sell your item to recoup the cost of the loan.

None of this is reported to a credit bureau or agency, and you are always free to continue business with us no matter which above option you pick.

By law, any item we purchase from you we must hold for 30 days. Pawned items must be held for 4 months.

Pokemon / TCG / Collectibles Trade-In and Pricing Policy

For all TCG, we use a combination of the following to generate a trade-in price:

-TCG Player
-Collectr
-Ebay Recent Sales

-Market trend (is the product increasing or decreasing in value)
-Liquidity

We respect the idea of a "market value" but ultimately look at my deciding factors when making an offer.
